Brother makes great quality labels, this unit is no exception

Keyboard layout is 6 rows of 5 keys - NOT QWERTY ; This makes typing labels a bit of a headache, and it is not easy to make labels quickly

Came free with a HDD. Works as advertised

I wish refills were cheaper

Little large considering the size of the tape. New tapes are expensive (but they last a while)

Cheap, writes on two lines, many different colors of labels you can buy for this, no power cord needed. Clear keyboard, many symbols, preview option, etc

Replacement tapes are expensive, but that is how they make their money, same as cell phones. No power cord, but hey at least they tell you what volts to buy or steal from another product to use, so go get a power cord and you're all set

Needs a big power supply, or lots of AAA batteries ; It doesn't come with much label tape ; New label tape costs more than the printer

Only comes with a sample label cartridge, not sure how many labels I can get on it. When printing labels, there is a gap of 1 inch before the text is printed and 1 inch after. So for every label you print you use an additional 2 inches of label that...
