The Sony Ericsson Spiro is a basic slider phone with good looks and a penchant for playing music.

The Sony Ericsson Spiro is available for £39 pay-as-you-go, making it a budget phone. If you are looking for a very basic phone that looks good and is capable of very strong audio playback, then the Spiro is a fair purchase.

The conclusion I would draw from the Spiro is similar to that of the Zylo. For me personally if I were to choose between the two I would go for the Spiro the reason being it doesn’t pretend to be anything it’s not. The Zylo is not a bad phone however...
