Samsung Chromebook Series 5

The ; is a small, attractive Netbook with long battery life, true instant-on Web access, and enough computing to use the Internet.

The Series 5 is expensive for its features and abilities, and using it can be frustrating depending on your wireless signal strength.

Despite solid hardware, great battery life, and fast startup, we can't recommend the Samsung Chromebook Series 5 until and unless Google improves the Chrome OS.

Quick bootup into Chrome. Full rich Website support, including Flash. Chrome Extensions and setting carry over from PC-based browsing. 100MB 3G free a month for two years. Verizon 3G. Less Malware to worry about. Ethernet port.

Locked into Google account. Google Docs/Drive isn?t Office. Useless without Internet connection. HDMI/DVI/VGA requires an adapter.
