The Swann NVW-470 All-in-One SwannSecure consists of a rugged 720p outdoor camera and a 7-inch touch-screen monitor that doubles as a video recorder. The camera is a solid performer, but it doesn't work without the monitor, and it's expensive.

Sharp HD video. Good night vision. Durable weatherproof housing. Local recording to SD card.
