Its a very reasonable webcam

you need enough lighting, not window sun but a maybe a desk lamp

Simple Cheap Webcam hands down Great.

800x600 resolution, gripping base that can be attached to your monitor, a few cool video FX, time-lapse videos, looks pretty cool, come with mic.

Needs an extreme amount of light to get decent FPS, at higher resolutions it needs tons of light, resource eating software, manual focus is aggravating.

800x600 resolution, gripping base that can be attached to your monitor, a few cool video FX, time-lapse videos, looks pretty cool, come with mic.

At this price, you can't go wrong.

It's doing what I expected it to do. Good image quality / resolution. I plugged the webcam with a 15 feet USB extension cord to move around ... Still good picture quality. Good lighting. A fair buy.

great bang for the buck, really. was a little disappointed that it wouldn't run effectively on a 1.3gig machine. runs really nicely on > 2ghz machine. would definitely buy another one (which i am about to for the grandparent's holiday present)

Easy to setup, very good image quality

Harsh contrast, need a modern machine to run it
