Extremely easy to use! Anyone can use it with ease. Very light.

Screen scratches easily. No steady shot. No mount for a video camera light.

Not that much of a bargain.

 

I bought this camera a little over two years ago and was sucked into the fact that it was one of the least expensive digital camcorders on the market. I paid $700 paid at the time when most cameras were well over $1000.

Compact, inexpensive, excellent visibility for the LCD screen

Thin on features, stills recorded to the tape, heads dirty quickly, broke after 2 years.

Does not last

 

I bought this camera after seeing the reviews on amazon.com, in particular that it was durable. I enjoyed doing videos with it. I used it to make many videos,editing them with different kind of software in my computer.

Sharp VL-SD20U - It Doesn't Have A Viewfinder!

 

The product description above probably says that this camcorder has a viewfinder. In fact it does not - only 3" LCD.

Excellent picture quality, rich set of features, compact, good value
