Very bad image quality

Light very compact and easy to use ,great quality for the price .

Excellent size, memory, and battery. Brilliant image quality, can shoot amazing phootage, love the fact that it has an automatic light which comes on when you need it, and turns off when you don't. Camcorder settings are great too.

Probably not good for all day filming, as the battery is only about 3 hours, but I filmed all I wanted on my weeks holiday, and you can purchase more batteries if required.

Great price for a quality Panasonic camcorder. Small size makes it very easy to carry about and use. Hard disk plus SD card slot makes for many hours of easy recording. It is 'standard definition' ( i.e. dvd quality ) but that was known at purchase and...

Only slight down side is that the files are output as MPEG2, so you need an editing program that can handle MPEG2 or you will have to 'convert' the files to something else ( i.e. avi ) and lose a bit of quality in that process.
