I got this camera for my father. His first digital camera... HE has benefited from the face detection and anti shake and is very happy with the camera. It looks cool, is packed with features and is inexpensive. I would recommend it to any entry level...

Performance in low light (shutter speed). It is also a little wider that i imagined it would be. (not an ultra compact)

really good cheap camera

the picture is somewhat blury, i've seen 6mp cameras that have clearer and better picture. doesn't do very good in the dark. The buttons are really small

Cheap, 8MP, has most of the features a more expensive camera has. I was satisfied with the video quality, though it was of course not that most amazing thing ever.

Poor picture quality in anything but a bright sunny day. 8MP doesn't mean much if the picture is grainy.

Great price, great performance, and nice look. Also the rechargeable battery is solid, last longer then batteries and comes with it. Only one thing comes to mind? Whats the catch.
