Decent machine, nice big drum and cleans clothes well, only slight issue is that the washes take a long time (well over 3 hours on some!) but the display is useful as at least you know when it will be ready. instructions are good and clear. also...

Washing machine itself works fine, is easy to use and is fairly quiet. However the drain hose connection had a large plastic nozzle on the end which we had trouble fitting through the hole in the cupboard to get to the connection, would have been nice...

We purchased the zanussi on line from tesco it was very easy trouble free service . The washer has been fantastic very quite a great product .

Bought a few weeks ago and very pleased with it. Level adjusting feet were stiff to turn and plastic feet came off on 3 of them. Had to stick them back on with contact adhesive
