Works well

 

Bought this Machine a short while ago second hand The original owner said it needed a pump filter so i bought a new pump assembly as the you could not buy the filter separate ( bad design ) the old filter was clogged with pins and previous owner using...

Quiet and uses less water than from our previous machine

Parts are hard to find .. Filter should be available as a separate item

Great machine which has lasted well

 

I have had my WF810W for about five years and it is still going strong. I have had no mechanical problems with it and the only time it moved around was because it had not been adjusted properly for an uneven floor. I especially like the extra rinse...

Reliable, great range of washing options, gentle on clothes

Parts backup is lousy, I would expect a national parts source to supply items within a couple of weeks or at least provide the part number and I would purchase and ship the part myself.

Size is good, easy to use

Very difficult to get parts, we've been waiting over 5 months for a new for a new pump. Wrote to Whirlpool who responded but could not offer help

Terrible

 

Waste of money. would not buy again, machine lasted just over 12mths before it stopped working, did not buy extended warranty so no warranty left on it.

economical and size

We have only had it for just over 12mths, machines got very noisy like plane taking of, even with laundry door closed you could not hear/speak to another person on spin cycles. A while after the noise started the machine would just stop on any cycle...

Terrible

 

Purchased for is size and cost, would not recommend it due to its poor design and a lack of resonsibility in regards to the upgrading of defective parts, ie door catch

Size of unit, cost at the time of purchase

door catch has broken 3 times, same fault, poor design, no upgrade available, noticed on dark colours rinse cycle doesn't do its job effectively-to many traces of fluff left on articles
