have a problem with opening door when cycle has finished

Love the machine. Cleans well. Quick wash cycle is good and if there are bad stains you can add the eco bubble setting for a more thorough clean.

Its very quiet, tells you how much time is left before the cycle is finished

It has lots of features but the cycles are very long. It's not clear which cycle use use for economy in particular and which features to use for soiled clothes. I phoned samsung for advice and all they did was read the manual (which I had already read)...

Very quiet when spinning and the eco bubble really shifts built in stains. Excellent choice of programmes and spin cycles.

Great machine, clothes come out almost dry if you use 1400 option, any other option clothes come out very wet

Makes a lot of noise, however if you use the rubbers underneath the machine this will reduce the noise

Value for money - especially with the free 5 years parts and labour warranty offer. Easy to use. Looks good too.
