Just bought this machine,very disappointed with the way towels are left so wet even after doing a second spin not impressed with the wash quality either.

This washer is amazing. It takes less time to do a wash load than my last washer, our clothes smell a lot nicer, it even plays a tune when your wash load is finished and it look a lot nicer in my kitchen than my last one. Over all i would recomend it...
