Easy to use & fast cycles which produces a lovely clean wash

I find that small items such as kids underwear, socks etc get stuck in the gap between the door & rubber seal sometimes, this can get quite annoying. But otherwise no complaints!

Large drum to take A big family load. Easy to maintain.

Socks get caught in the rubber which means they are soaked when cycle ends

Love that the machine sings when wash completed just like my old but even better. The knob lights up when you turn it. It's a pity Samsung don't do dryers

Choice of programmes, temps and the daily and Quick washes.

Not sure if it was the detergent holder, but there was a clunking noise during a spin (I have only used machine about 6 times since I purchased it). If it occurs again when I'm not using the detergent holder, I'll be contacting relevant party.

I dont know if I have any good points. I used it twice then the motor went.

The motor went. Its been 6 weeks trying to resolve this. No washing machine in the meantime. Delivery and installation was shockingly bad.

Love the clean wash and the song it plays at the start and end. Great cycles too.

A little noisy on the spins.

I get migrants an my old washing machine made a terrible high pitched whee noise. This is wonderfully quiet when on full spin. Great machine and it sings a wee song when it's finished. Handy cuz I used to forget to take it out of that machine.
