Another disappointment from Hotpoint

 

I had this machine only 3 months before I noticed that the effectiveness of its drying was less than before. A further 6 months down the line, the washing was not being dried at all and in fact when I used the drying mode the display threw up an error...

spin speed dries clothes very well (but needed as the dryer function is useless!)

BBC have answered my email to Watchdog and have shown interest in the story, others who have had big problems should also email Watchdog, (there are many dissatisfied customers). Watch this space!!!!!

agree with every other reviewer and then some! disgraceful piece of tin that hotpoint call a washer/dryer. if i could pick the machine up it would have been out of the window lots of times! i actually kicked it with sheer despair and frustration last...

It is silent

Dryer is absolutely rubbish. Clothes wont dry properly. Lot of creases.

First time I have used a washing machine with a digital display - a lot easier than I thought. The instructions for the different cycles are easy to follow with plenty of choice. Its very quiet. It takes a large load and washes very well.

I would have prefered the 1600 spin cycle available on more cycles

Shows you how long is left and it's very quiet.

It wasn't supplied with a long enough hose, so we had to buy an extension.

Super silence!!!! Easy to install by yourself!!! Definetely I will recomend it.

I bought it just 1 month ago, so is tooearly to spot any problem...so far so good!!!!
