My Step Dad purchased this machine unheeding my advice about Hoover, and like the Which review, the rubber door gasket rubbed against the drum. It was returned to Costco the next day.

Dire. I bought it 2.5 years ago. it has completely stopped working 5 times since. Spare parts ie the complete mother board have been out of stock, leaving me without laundry for 4 weeks.However the repair technician was helpful and sympathetic.
