Very please I chose this item. Washes well. The quick cycle is very helpful. Easy to use and I like the "no iron" aspect of the drying facilitys.

Arrived faulty the machine wouldn't dry once that was fixed realised it creased my clothes so badly I couldn't iron them out now 8 months later it's not washing properly and the start button is also temperamental

Bought this less than two months ago and has broken down AGAIN!!! customer service at hoover candy is a joke and after spending lots of time off work for repairs to happen very are now refusing to collect the item until another engineer has been out.

I didn't believe a washer dryer could be as good as this. The large drum allows drying with minimal creasing and the one hour wash and dry is amazing.
