We love our washing machine. It has washed everything for the past 2 years. We had the plastic "bits"on the side ridges need replacing and when the filter broke, we are now getting a new washing machine under the terms of our 10 year warranty, because...

Haier customer service tried hard but it was not the result I was expecting. I just want a machine I pay around $1400 for to work for a LONG time.

Sounded like the machine that would be perfect for us - large loads; long warranty etc.

It worked perfectly for six (6) loads of washing, then it died at the rinse cycle. Rang Haier, but because we live more than 25 km away from the place of purchase (see warranty) no-one was able to come to service it. We rang Haier again and they...

Terrible

 

This is a pathetic joke of a machine, sold by a totally incompetent company. I will never, ever buy anything made by Haier again, and urge you to avoid them like the plague.

It worked well for about 3 months.

This would have been agood washer if it had the proper temps to clean the cloths. Also,if Haier Corp. would employ personal that new their products and also new how to treat Customers who have problems with their merchandize...
