The washer drum started leaking exactly 18 months to the day that I purchased it. Of course the 12 month limited warranty had expired. Such a disappointment. I should have stuck with Kenmore.

AJ Madison was easy to deal with, efficient and helpful. I did not like the shipper (were difficult and charged too much for install) that delivered the units but the units were in perfect condition and arrived in a timely manner.

This is a great product. It takes up less space and works great. This is our second one that we owned. The first lasted for 7 years. The only complaint I had was the knobs on the front will break over time and hard to replace.

This unit came with a condo I've been in for a couple years now. The Frigidaire unit is quiet, has decent capacity for a stackable, and does what it's s'posed to. The auto-dry option on ours isn't working so well (leaves clothes damp) so we usually...

I like the space-saving features, and both appliances do an excellent job on the laundry.  The only complaint I have is that the installers did not take out all the safety bars before they left, nor did they tell us to remove them from the washer. ...

The capacity is great on both the washer and dryer. It really is a bit loud, unfortunately.
