Broke in 2 weeks and customer service is terrible

Broke in two weeks and Bosch Customer Service is awful. Engineer attended and couldn't fix it saying it had to be removed from under the unit before they would touch it. When removed, said another engineer wasn't available... indefinitely.Will pursue...

I'm really happy with the washer/dryer its super easy to use and has a quick wash which is great as its only 15mins.

The only negitive I have is the cycles do take a long time. But I tend to use the quick wash as most of the washing doesn't need a full wash. Very good product I would recommend it

Really poor

 

Dryer broke after 20 months, same as others have experienced. Bosch claimed they'd fixed after second visit. Today straight after the repair the dryer has broken again. Water is leaking from the detergent drawer and the machine now completely refuses...

Faulty product.

 

I bought this machine after reading other reviews - wanting a reliable machine. After 6 months use - 1 person household - the dryer stopped working. Bosch service - 8 days after breakdown and an 8am - 4 -pm time frame.
