Found it very easy to use...reasonable price also...

Only thing that annoys me is the water filter positioned at the bottom of the machine...everytime i empty it water flows everywhere and there isnt anything supplied with the machine to use with this...

Nothing

Within 5 weeks it developed a fault , called Beko and engineer didn’t turn up so lost 1 days pay still have broken machine & with 2 kids it’s a joke I wish I had bought a hotpoint
