I use this at my place of employment and I've dropped this phone several times, it still works like a gem almost 2 years later.

Very reliable,and quality of sound is excellent. Battery life is excellent even after 2 years of daily use

It works very well over long distances and has a very clear and easy to read display

The volume does not really get high enough to hear during a call and I find that i have to switch to another phone just to hear the other peolpe on the phone, the ring tones built in are old and lame

Full featured 5.8 GHz Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum Phone at a fantastic price.

Calls answered on another phone show up as "missed calls" n this unit.
