Totally love it, I think possitive thoughts every time I make a slice of toast and although I have put some bad bits I forgive them all! By the way the reason I love it is as it makes toast like my grandma used to on the fire, lovely.

One of the toasted sandwich racks broke and was quickly replaced. It is quite narrow for toasted sandwiched and it you use long bread for toasted sandwiched it does not toast the top, not a problem with making toast though.

Have always wanted a Dualit for years and took the plunge. Makes good toast, keeps it warm and toaster can be repaired with parts readily available. Looks Good.
