Looks and feels solid. Toasts quickly and accepts thick slices.

Only used a couple of times for bagels, first time I set the toaster to 5 which incinerated it, second time I set to 2 which cooked it how I like but not evenly. Quick and easy to use and looks great.

Although I feel I have spent a lot of money on this toaster, I can truly say at it is the first toaster I have owned that consistently toasts bread evenly. It is nice to handle and doesn't take up too much room on the working top.
