Good product and easy to set up. Light comes on half an hour before you wake up but the cold, dark, winter months will be the acid test.

Really love this product - it is a bit pricey but i was really struggling to get out of bed at 5:30am in the pitch black so was willing to spend a little if it would help. I now set my lunie alarm for 5:30am and as it provides a 30 minute "sun rise"...
