Ive been using this product often and for a while for my bags and dark circles under my eyes. In my opinion i dont see any difference, however it does feel relaxing and my eyes feel fresher after using. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I got this a while ago and have used it a few times, you can use heat, light separately or both together. I loved using it with eye cream and feels great under the eye. I would recommend if you're looking for something extra on top of your eye cream....
