It does what it says. Very good to get them creases our. A little on the heavy side.

Ordered this in a panic for a wedding to press bridesmaids dresses last week. Extremely efficient ordering service - booked it Sunday was in store Tuesday- so happy - but it was a dud, faulty. Had to return it and use dry cleaners for pressing!

Fantastic steamer especially for shirts & any ironing which isn't too creased, I'm really pleased with my purchase.
