Don't buy it....What a disappointment

My Sunbeam Ultra 5500 Platinum died so I Ibought the Philips Comfort Care. What a disappoinment. The sole plate (?Teflon ) does NOT glide smoothly over the fabric at all. The cord is short ( why do they do that??) Small hole to fill water for steam...

It was light weight
