Works ok but the readout screen does not work properly. It should give the time selected with each button but it is a bit scrambled. Instructions do not tell how to alter it. Any suggestions please.

Arrived broken and in pieces. The quality of the plastic was so poor I have not re-ordered it. Customer service was poor as well.

New one arrived as planned, however, on first use it gave off a terrible chemical type smell, this was replaced and the same thing happened, not experienced this with the previous 2 I have owned.

It's a shame it needs unplugging after each use, otherwise a bright standby light is always on. Also would have preferred all parts to be white as our last one was. Otherwise good.

An up to date unit incorporating modern improvements over the 40+ year old model it replaced - excellent.

Used wall mounted, really slimline in a very small space, but same functionality. Hubby very pleased. For 5 stars, a bit more padding inside would leave trousers more 'pressed'.

Purchased a trouser press on line, when received, 12 December found to be partly broken (unusable). Returned to store (customer service) 14 December. 16 December, received replacement. excellent service J.Lewis at its best . Thank you.

This trouser press was a replacement for one bought for our wedding present 30 years ago, which although very tired, was still working! This current model is as good as ever and works very well. I would thoroughly recommend it.

This trouser press puts more creases in than it takes out. My 10year + old one is better than this. Very disappointing and a complete waste of money
