Hoover Warranty Is Useless

 

We bought this vacuum to replace a Eurka upright that we had used for over 5 years. The main reason we chose this vauum was the 3 year warranty.

Self propel part works okay. Only lift by hidden handle on back of machine

Cheap plastic means hoses crack with normal use and warranty won't pay for

I am old enough to remember when Hoover meant quality. The Windtunnel I have now is a piece of junk! It's a few years old and I'm not sure of the model, but I AM sure I will never buy a Hoover product again. The on/off switch broke; the hose suction is...

good for quick cleanups

 

i use this vacuum as a secondary vacuum. it works well for quick cleanups and cleaning out the car. i have had this vacuum for about 5 years. it still has good suction and cleanup ability
