Easy to use, efficient, steam lasts for nearly an hour

Should come with more cleaning cloths to fit accessories, I had to but some separately for the window accessory which should have been provided with the cleaner.

I didnt have to fefill the tank to get quite afew jobs done. and it made most jobs a lot easeir than the conventional way with chemicals.

Small.Lightweight.Portable. Multi purpose. Relatively quiet. Chemical free. I like all the little bits and pieces which came with it.

The cleaning cloths- onl;y 2 supplied 1 large and 1 small terry one. They get dirty quickly and once they are then cleaning jobs finished for the day. I bought spares before the cleaner arrived. So an extra set included would be good. The instructions...

Nozzles and attachments are a bit bendy when hot and have a tendency to shoot off while steaming, which could be dangerous, so take care. It is impossible to empty completely when you've finished using it, I hold it upside down over the sink and shake...
