too heavy, too bulky, hard floor attachment is rubbish and machine DOES NOT suck up anything on hard floors. Would definitely not recommend to a friend but in honesty would not recommend to an enemy either! :-/

Does what it says on the tin! Powerful, lots of tools and hose plenty long enough for the stairs. Is a heavy hoover so u get a workout too!
