initial impression by my mother said vaccum worked initially well and it is light. but couldn't use more because of missing items

I ordered this vaccum for my parents in california, and when they received it, immediarely noticed that the box was obviously old with some damage. but the unit they said looked alright. there is a charging unit but no power cord and no manual. they...

Best Cordless Vacuum

 

I have used many vacuums and have several battery and corded 'handvacs' this is by far the best.

Great Vacuum! Awesome suction for a battery vacuum! Quick release for powered brush and easy snap on of crevice tool.

Crevice tool could be longer, it is close to the body making some spaces hard to access. I thought the unit had 2 batteries and a charging station, however mine came with only one battery. I may have misunderstood the description.

Best Cordless Vacuum

Much better than expected

 

Quite a deal. Way better than the other similar products by dyson and others.

Much better suction and overall usefullness than I expected. Works better than my dyson and hoover

Took 2 full charge cycles to get the battery to hold a really good charge. Now I can go for 15-20 minutes which is better than I expected
