Compact and light

Very disappointed with the suction

This is a fantastic small vacuum cleaner that offers great performance for it's size and price.

The only bad point I can think of is the fact that you have to remove the hose as well as unclicking the dust chamber to empty, this is a very trivial point and simply reflects my lazziness!

Good on Laminate floors and goes under furniture easily without having to move everything out the way

It is useless on carpets. I am now going to have to buy a 2nd hoover for the the room in my home with carpets

It's small. The plug wire retracts quickly.

After just three uses the suction was reduced by 50%. The emptying system is FAR too long winded and fiddly as you have to pull out the main suction hose from the body of the cylinder then flip a switch to make the bottom of the cylinder open. This on...

It just doesn't pick anything up!!!!!!! Its absolutely rubbish.

Terrible suction. Emptying it is fiddly and cleaning the cylinder is messy. It needs to be emptied after every time it is used or else there is no suction. The pipe is too narrow and so things easily get stuck in it.

The power of the hoover was brilliant. I don't think I have owned a hoover so powerful.

The quality of the accessories was not very good. Both the large brush head and the turbo brush broke during use. I had owned the hoover for less that two months. I had a choice of have replacement heads being sent, but they did not have any in stock....
