I received this steamer for Christmas. I was expecting the Shark steamer but my mom saw what great reviews this was getting and "up graded" me. Nice thought but this thing is a DISASTER!

It seems to lose the heat as it travels up the hose. in order to have enough hot steam it has to be constantly running for a while. It is not as I had hoped.

I bought this machine for the sole purpose of cleaning my upholstery furniture. It did nothing for that. I did try it on my stove and microwave and it works very good although it does not completely remove everything on my stove.
