the hose holds all of the electronics and came apart about 1 year after purchase. poor design when it comes to where the handle and control buttons are.

I own my little cleaning company, and would not survive whit out this wondeful vacuum. Dogs and cats hair is no problem, it cleans everything up. Only thing what broke was the little step cleaner. It beats Dyson, i tell you that.

If you have pets this is not the vacuum for you ! I bought it because I wanted a bag less canister and an upgrade from my shop vac .The canister fills after a few minutes and has to be emptied about 3 times to do my 1100 SF house and only part of it ....

This product has been a big let down. I have owned two Kenmore canister vacuums in the last 20 years. I bought the new Progressive bagless vacuum one year ago. The product is poorly designed. THe handle has the on/off button and power levels right...
