well designed with cord half way up body of vacuum so it doesn't get caught underneath when in use. Powerful and flexible around furniture. Useful as a second vacuum.

Too powerful! Have new carpets and it really mows them down and is hard work to push.

tools are a nuisance and in the way also falling off so better if machine is used without them attached. The two settings one for carpet one for hard floors is useless and only one setting is effective on carpet

Falls over as soon as you use the hose (best to lie it down beforehand) and the attachments fall off as soon as you start hoovering (best to take them off before starting). Not the lightest, either, but not too bad.

Amazing suction power - it hugs the floor! Relatively light and easy to use and agile enough to get into most nooks and crannies.

The hose for using as a hand vacuum (to do the stairs, sofas etc) is too bulky to be stored on the vacuum itself so has to be kept separately - so you could easily misplace it!
