Too many Filters Extending arm on pipe supposed to be rigid - too flexible and keeps collapsing! - risk of injury to back not acceptable.

Good suction, good design and I really like the extenadble handle that gives 3m stretch from the hoover - it means i can do all of my stairs without moving it!

The filter gets blocked far too easily, ive had to clean it once a week so far and last time i had to use my old hoover to clean it out!! How ironic!!

Good suction. The pet hair tool works well. Compact design. Great on hard floors as well. Easy to empty. Long extending hose easily does the whole stairs.

The dust collector is not very big. The pet hair tool is quite small so not very suitable on large areas of carpet.

cleans better than previous cleaner we had, which was a dyson.

Suction claimed at 230 air watts, but very little suction achieved. Vacuum hardly picks up anything.

The extendable hose is useful

Although the motor is high powered the hoover doesn't pick up very well and the filter clogs so often that I have resorted to using bags!

red light that is meant to mean filters are blocked or too full is constantly on, I have been told to wash filters which I do regularly but even after doing both it still stays red. It sometimes cuts out and you have to wait for it to cool down for an...
