This cleaner is o.k for a quick wipe over. It doesn't clean the grout or into corners. The cleaner heads are supposed to be machine washable, but would you really want to put a floor cloth in with other washing & one that contains Velcro.

My first steam mop and I'm very happy with it. I didn't want to go with anything too expensive in case I made a bad decision but this one is perfect for what I need it for. Would have given 5 stars if there was a spare mop pad.
