I love this vacuum - it's easy to use, quiet, not cumbersome, works well. The design is compact and appealing.

Like the light weight and how the hose can attach to the base for storage. Wish the additional rug cleaning attachment could be stored on the base.

I use the vacuum on hardwood floors and rugs. It has strong suction, the cord retract button is a great feature and it manuevers easily.
