Not at all what I expected. It is compact but you have to go over the same spot too many times to actually clean the rug. It's also a bit too short. Tough on the back.

i was really hoping this would be a good vacuum for the cat fur that collects in my carpet. it started out good but then the fur clogged up the brush. and now in order for me to use it, i have to tilt the machine and get the brush going or the light...

Picks up great but clogs by the filter in minutes the design needs to be changed to prevent this from happening

I like the way it vacuums. But I had trouble with it from the beginning. The roller stopped rolling. I called the help line for Eureka. I was told I had to take it to a place for service near my home. I had the vacuum only 1 week and used it 3 times....
