product broke on 1st use. Thread on the head kept on coming away from the grooves in the head and jammed up against the side of the head causing the motor to stop

Always wanted a Dyson and this doesn’t disappoint

Great product does what it says on the tin.

Does what it says it does.nice design and looks sturdy.

Only issue is that its not stable when using the extension tube for stairs etc

Adjustable power when switched to full can be very difficult to push over carpets need to use half power. It does clean very well into the piles though good and bad kind of

Bit heavy to move around

the suction is excellent and the waste bucket is dead easy to open

its a little bit too heavy for me because im disabled so not advisable for people with bad arm strength!
