My first bought 4 years ago required a modified pipe replaced inside which fixed it no problem.

I haven't used it yet for anything other than cleaning hard floors and, for those, it is excellent. The floors look very clean when I've done them and they dry quickly. So far, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

It does not free stand, it needs to be propped up when it's not actually in use. So far, I have found filling the water tank a bit awkward so I need to check the instructions to find out if I'm not doing it correctly.
