it is a wonderful product. great for sinks, toilets, and the dirt in the tracks of sliding glass patio door.

Mine came without the extended cone for the end of the steamer. I didn't realize it until it was too late to send it all back. That's ok, though, I have found that I like this one...I have another as well. Living in a 50's house has been an experience....

this item was not what i expected the steam coming from the kit was not hot just warm the container was hot. I spray the steam on my hand it had no force or enough heat to melt any greacei was very disapointed

This steamer didn't work for my shower. It didn't clean it at all . I have very hard water and this might be why . Unfortunately, I had to return it .

I ordered this item wishing to clean up the whole house but it doesn't work starting from the kitchen counter top tiles to the bathroom sink and tiles so I'm returning it.

I ordered b4 reading reviewswith the steam unit.After reading the mediocre reviews, I wanted to return this. Because the S & H would've been approx a third of the cost, I decided to keep it. This will teach me to read reviews before ordering merchandise.

The accessory kit items connect to a product that does not work as anticipated. Would not recommend.

Purchased for my husband to clean the gas grill, he loves it. Saves time

Works really well on smaller items when you need to get into those tiny places.
