This vacuum started out great. However, one month to the day I bought it, the arm extension came completely out of the system. Not only can I not use the arm, the whole vacuum cannot properly work without it. I am extremely disappointed!

I bought this vacuum about a month ago and am very happy with it.It does a great job . Has good suction and is fairly easy to manuvear. Mightbe a little heavy for some people.
