The instructions and web sites all say the Frequency Response of this thing is 200-10,000 Hz. That is AM radio territory. Decent music reproduction requires at least upper teens to 20,000 Hz. Pathetic.

This iteration of Boombox is going to be replacing the Xplod for Sony. It keeps the same core design of a 5 3/4 inch sub being flanked by two woofers and tweeters. However the bass seems to be even better on this boombox then the previous Xplod model....
