Bought this as a new office PC. Installed Windows 7 with the minimum of fuss. Unfortunately the Zoostorm drivers CD and manual was missing but a phone call sorted that. Telephone Support was excellent. Incredible performance at this price point....
As has been mentioned in other reviews, the PSU is very noisy.

Great VFM - good spec for the price. Windows 7 64 bit loads easily enough. Needs a graphics card for the keener gamer. It just works. I may buy another one.

Super easy to set-up, just plugged in and installed operating system. Software CD that is supplied provides all the drivers required to connect to internet etc.
Power supply is a bit under rated and does not have spare connectors to power additional HDD's etc. Worth getting an uprated one at time of buying if you intend running more powerful graphics card or additional HDD.

Very noisy power supply - to the point where I'd consider spending £30-£40 more to buy a replacement

Easy to setup
It would not accept XP OS. I tried a boot disc, but it would not accept it, although it worked okay on a PC it replaced. I wanted to dual boot this machine.
