Set up was so easy. I have always bought HP products for the past 30 years and will continue to do so. Ordering Ink for my OJP 6968 is so much easier than running to the store. The only issue is the key board where the right arrow key has been placed...

CONS: All the USB ports are at the back so it is hard to plug in a thumb drive for file backup . The keyboard and mouse are really cheap and take up two of the back USB slots. PROS: An inexpensive Windows 10 compute rsuitable for home use.

When i turn it on it has a loud humming sound. When i press back it wants to go to google maps always first. I really hate the on/off switch

The power switch and the card reader should be put on the side or front and not under the monitor. Hard to get to.

I would never hesitate to recommend HP computer to my family or friends. Costumer service was excellent and very patient with me.

Need a cheaper computer that nothing special? Here ya go. The reviews are pretty true except I don't find it loud. It's basic, sluggish and you get what you pay for. Full of useless HP programs and once you clean out the garbage it's your basic home...

I have bought HP products exclusively for my home for over a decade. I am never even moderately disappointed by any purchase. Instructions for installation are excellent. If needed, customer support is excellent. Why would I shop anywhere else?
