Works as tiny PC, but some small problems

 

Not using the projector (don't need one)- it's very low-res, not designed for general PC use, OK for picture shows and the like.

Amazing technology - low power, reasonable speed, very lightweight, tiny

Fan - intermittantly noisy fan, blades rubbing depending on orientation - could be something hitting it like a wire. Sound jack - once had no sound at all from audio jack, even after power cycling (tried multiple output devices) - mysteriously started...

Wonderful Desktop MiniPC

 

Never seen such a fast miniPC like this one compared its price and size: It can boot up in 10 second, and further, I got no problems in playing online games through webpage. Very convenient too: My daughters like to carry this PC to a Kinder garden,...

No Cons Yet. But one thing I would like to suggest is to improve the resolution of the projector. It should be much better, if Keystone capability is added into the projector, although the price would be more expensive.

The components are probably fine... but the Configurator gives you incompatible parts!

 

To make matters worse, I can't seem to find the links on Newegg to return or swap out the individual component for one that works.

I don't have a lot to say positive... the bundled price was fine I guess.

The barebones PC -- Gigabyte GB-BXPi3-4010 -- accepts only an mSATA drive, but the Configurator gives you a whole bunch of SATA drives to use with it. These SSD drives are WAY too big to even fit in this little box. There is just enough room for mSATA,...

Does not boot past initial screen

 

Small form factor HDMI input (mini)

Just received the unit and can not seem to get past the initial boot screen. Tried it w/o any USB, msata, or memory installed, same outcome, very frustrated. Also tried plugging into HDMI and miniDisplay, same outcome. Please help and provide a solution.
