Watch is great, I mainly use it for work as I do home help. I needed a water resistant watch and the stopwatch also comes in handy so I can time my visits. Heart rate monitor works quite accurately also but I personally don't use this often.

Got this to keep me motivated at the gym. Really good pit of kit and easy to use. For the price it's much better than I'd expected.

For the price this hrm is a great buy. Bought it as I started exercising and wanted a basic hrm before I invest in a more expensive Fitbit. Highly recommended.

ok when sat still,but while exercising heart rate was very irratic on the watch flicking between 120 and the next reading 140,then back down again,not stable enough had to return
