Not wobbly

 

You have to really snap in the monitor. It takes a bit of Uff-da. I do not have wobble issues, and my desk is wobbly.

I have no dead pixels. For office-use performance is great. Colors look great. No glare.

Shiny bezel shows dust

Developed the flickering bars in the middle of the screen

 

Don't hesitate to buy Acer monitors, just not this PARTICULAR model.

On the "Pro" side, this is an Acer. I have an office and a call center full of Acers, because they are SO RELIABLE.

On the con side, this is the first set of Acers I've had in ten years that I can consider to be defective, it seems that this particular model is well-known for this issue.

Stay away

 

As other are experiencing, this monitor will develop flickering lines in the center of the screen. Don't take a chance with this one.

Large and Cheap. IPS panel

After 30 days the monitor developed horizontal flickering lines in the center of the screen and at the top. I though it was my video card so i replaced it with a newer nvidia card. That didn't solve the problem. Did some research and others are having...

Dead pixels

 

Couldn't beat the price for this 27" at $160

Multiple dead pixels with a cluster dead center of the screen and I have also noticed the screen flickering every once in a while

One review said the monitor has a 6ms response time, thats not true its 4. Check the link in there review.

I'm impressed with the monitor. I got it with no issues. Not much screen tearing or ghosting from what I have experienced using a DVI cable, it was noticeable with an HDMI though. Great colors, very bright whites and dark blacks. Stand is not as bad as...

Good monitor

 

Very nice big yet slim monitor. For the price on sale of 179$ you cant go wrong. Has HDMI VGA and DVI. Users feel spoiled with it. Big screen low budget

The stand doesnt hold together!! BEWARE. The stand slides onto the monitor but doesnt do so securely. If you pick up just the monitor the stand falls right off! Dont even think about holding by the stand. Not a major issue but still ... wth why doesnt...

Graphics wise, I didn't notice anything significant. The fact that the monitor doesn't weigh anything may be an attributing factor to the wobbling. The monitor doesn't use a standard power cord. It uses a power adapter.

Avoid this monitor

 

With so many good monitor choices, save yourself the headache and buy an IPS panel from a different brand.

It's an IPS monitor.

Went through two of these before getting a refund and buying an Asus monitor. Both of these displayed the same issue where they had horizontal blinking lines across the viewing area.
